Shipping, Collection & Returns

All orders are processed and fulfilled entirely by volunteers, we really appreciate your patience!

Delivery

As of 2026 we can now offer UK delivery. Select the delivery option at checkout to use this service.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–10 days. Delivery costs are shown at checkout and are typically £3.99

Please note: orders placed after 7th August 2026 will not be shipped even if you select the delivery option at checkout. Your delivery fee will be refunded and your order will be available to collect from the BunkFest shop during the festival instead.

Collection at the Festival

Select the collection option at checkout to pick up your order at the festival for free.

Collection is available at the 2026 event from Thursday 3rd September at 1pm until Sunday 6th September at 6pm. Head to the BunkFest shop on the Kinecroft, Wallingford, OX10 0DB.  It'll be clearly signed. Bring your order confirmation email and we'll have your order ready.

Orders placed after 7th August 2026 will automatically be available for collection at the festival regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

Cancellations

If you selected collection: you can cancel at any time before the festival by emailing info@bunkfest.co.uk and you'll be fully refunded.

If you selected shipping: please contact us as soon as possible at info@bunkfest.co.uk. If your order hasn't been dispatched we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already been dispatched or delivered, the item will need to be returned under our returns policy below. Return postage is at your own cost and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days to return any un-worn item from the date you collected or received it.

If you collected your order you can return it in person either to the festival shop before 6pm on Sunday 6th September 2026, or to Haynes Car Care Centre, Wallingford at any point within your 30-day window.

If your order was shipped to you you can return it in person or by post to:

Return postage is at your own cost and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In both cases you'll be refunded the cost of the item once it is received and checked.

Faulty items: if your item is faulty we'll do our best to replace it if stock is available, or you'll be refunded in full including any shipping costs.
