Delivery

As of 2026 we can now offer UK delivery. Select the delivery option at checkout to use this service.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–10 days. Delivery costs are shown at checkout and are typically £3.99

Collection at the Festival

Choose collection at checkout to pick up your order for free from the BunkFest shop on the Kinecroft, Wallingford, OX10 0DB.

BunkFest takes place on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday after the August bank holiday. The shop may also open on the Thursday. Shop opening times will be published here in the weeks before the festival. Bring your order confirmation email and we'll have your order ready.

Need to collect at another time? Email info@bunkfest.co.uk and we'll try to arrange it.

Cancellations

If you selected collection: you can cancel at any time before the festival by emailing info@bunkfest.co.uk and you'll be fully refunded.

If you selected shipping: please contact us as soon as possible at info@bunkfest.co.uk. If your order hasn't been dispatched we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already been dispatched or delivered, the item will need to be returned under our returns policy below.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from receiving or collecting your order to return any unworn item.

During the festival: bring it to the BunkFest shop on the Kinecroft during shop opening times.

Any other time: drop it off or post it to Haynes Car Care Centre, Unit 3 Bushells Ind Est, Lester Way, Wallingford, Oxon, OX10 9DD.

Changed your mind? Within 14 days of receiving your order we'll refund the item and your original delivery charge. From day 15 to day 30 we'll refund the item price only. Return postage is at your own cost.

Refunds are made once the item is received and checked.

Faulty items: if your item is faulty we'll do our best to replace it if stock is available, or you'll be refunded in full including any shipping costs.
